"Toddlers and Tiaras" is no stranger to controversy, but next week's episode is causing a whole new level of outrage.

One week after showing a 4-year-old wearing fake breasts while portraying Dolly Parton in a pageant, 3-year-old Paisley Dickey dresses as Julia Roberts' character from "Pretty Woman" -- a prostitute -- in a clip teasing the next episode.

Clad in thigh-high boots, a white midriff top and electric blue skirt, the toddler struts around onstage as Roy Orbison's "Pretty Woman" plays.

"I would never, ever do that to my litle girl," says one shocked pageant mom in attendance. "Us pageant moms take a huge rap for what we're doing to our little girls, and it's outfits like that, that give us a bad rap."

The Parent Television Council was outraged that TLC decided to show the footage, despite the scathing criticism "Toddlers and Tiaras" has drawn in the past.

"We have a serious problem when The Learning Channel features a toddler, who probably hasn't even learned to read, dressed as a prostitute showing off her sexy strut," Melissa Henson, director of communications and public education for the PTC told The Hollywood Reporter.

However, Paisley's mother Wendy thinks that she hasn't done anything wrong.

"The outfit is less revealing than gymnastics wear and swimsuits," she told TMZ. "No harm was done to my child. I'm raising my child just as well as any mother does ... I take my kid to church every week.

"I don't know why people are focusing so much on pageant moms when there's much more harmful things people are letting their children do!"

The overwhelming negative response from fans forced TLC to take down its Facebook wall.
