There comes a time in every person's life - when high school and college friends start to get married all at once.

For folks in the second quarter, there comes a time when crowds of high school and college friends get married all at once. This simultaneity creates conflicts and costs and purchase of essentional items like wedding dresses, printing cards , arranging wedding invitations etc.Well planning is required for this.  Some wedding tips and tricks that will help keep you organized and ensure that you get everything done on time.

1)Have a Checklist
One of the best things that you can do is keep a wedding checklist of everything you need to get done, and the deadlines. A wedding planning website may have a pre-made list that you can use, in case you can't think of everything yourself. Separating your tasks by due date on a wedding planning checklist will help spread them out, and make it seem like not everything needs to be done all at once.

2)Build a Wedding Website
Many couples choose to create their own wedding websites as a way to spread the news about their special day. There are so many options to choose from when you make a free wedding website, such as wedding templates and designs to choose from, what information you put on there, graphics, and sounds. Most couples put all of the information their guests will need to know on the website so that guests can check one place, instead of continually asking you about every little thing.

3)Pick a Theme
Theme weddings are becoming extremely popular, so if you want to have one try to pick a theme and finalize it fairly on in the process. That will help you narrow down choices when it comes to selecting decor, attire, stationery, and even venues. There are so many wedding related ideas for a theme wedding, so explore the internet for some options.

4)Pick out Wedding Invitations Early
It may seem like you have a lot of time before you need to order wedding invitations, but it's best to get it done as soon as possible. There are a lot of things that you have to do related to the invitations: it takes time to print them, time to address them all, and time to mail them. And that's not to mention the time it takes to have guests return the RSVP cards. If you're going to send Save the Dates or wedding announcements, make sure you get the stationery for that as well.

If planning your wedding starts to seem overwhelming, just remember that there are many other brides out there in the same position as you, and many wedding planning tools available to help you organize everything! If you stay up to date with your checklists and planning, it should be pretty easy to keep everything under control.
