Rockland County cops were warning teens and parents Monday night of a spike in the use of a legal herbal incense that left three people hospitalized over the weekend.

Cops were called Saturday night to help a 19-year-old Wisconsin man having seizures in a West Nyack mall parking garage after he smoked the incense called "AM-HI-CO Atomic Bomb."

On Sunday, cops responded to a 911 hang-up call from a house in New City, where they found two women, ages 19 and 20, disoriented and complaining of having trouble breathing.

Police said the women, who were treated and released from a hospital, had smoked the same incense that is legally available at tobacco shops.

"This is the first time we are seeing this,"  Clarkstown Detective Sgt. Tim O'Neill told the Journal-News. "We don't know how widespread it is."
