A new Playboy poll reveals that Americans are increasingly turning to the help of technology to help spice up their sex lives.
The survey discovered that 27% of men and 23% of women have been photographed or filmed nude - with 15% of men and 9% of women saying they've filmed themselves having sex.
Another 16% of adults say they have used their cell phone for "sexting" - sending erotic messages or photos to a love.
A full third of men - 33% - and 23% of women say they've turned to dating sites while already in a relationship.
Not surprisingly, 41% of men and 47% of women have suspected their partner of cheating.
An additional 31% of men and 26% of women admit reaching out to an ex on the web.
Things aren't always sizzling between the sheets - 17% of men and 15% of women say they've answered their phones during sex.
To help turn up the heat, 44% of men and 36% of women say they have switched on porn while in bed with a partner.
Shockingly, 24% of men and 13% of women surveyed admitted they didn't tell a partner about an STD before hooking up.
The survey had other mind-blowing revelations.
A staggering 24% of men and 20% of women say they don't worry about protection against STDs and just "hope for the best."
The 15-minute survey was conducted online by Harris Interactive between Nov. 4 and Dec. 3, 2010. It compiled responses from 2,310 adults - 1,210 men and 1,100 women.
